Once the artwork has been received, no returns or refunds will be accepted.A refund or replacement will only be considered if there is clear evidence that the artwork was completely damaged upon delivery and cannot be repaired.
Proof of damage (photos or videos taken immediately upon receipt) must be provided within 24 hours of delivery.
